“Project Balls" began with a group of ordinary citizens - a couple of teachers, a grandma of three little boys, a blues singer and songwriter, a church organist, a doctor, a children’s book author, a sound designer and music director. We began before the 2024 election, creating a series of articles on the dangers of Project 2025 intended for local online newspapers in key districts in swing states. After the election we began this initiative to remind lawmakers to put the oath they took to defend the Constitution and protect the interests of American citizens above loyalty to Donald Trump.
